This private houseboat located in the heart of the citycentre is available for just 3 months due to work abroad of the owner. The boat is meant for 2 persons. The price as shown on the website and the confirmation-email is for a 2 person-stay. There is a sleeping-couch in the living room for 2 extra persons. The supplement for every person extra is 40 euro To rent this privat houseboat a bail/deposit of 300 euro is required. This will be refunded at your departure if the boat is left in the same state as accepted. Normall cleaning up we take care of. The boat is +/- 60m2 and is completely private. It has a small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There is a 2-person bedroom. The kitchen has a gas-stove/oven, coffeemachine and refrigerator. There is no internet-connection or telephoneline. The boat has central-heating and normal drinking water. The boat has much day-light. From the living-room/kicthen you have a wide view over the canal. Outside there is a little terrace with table and 2 chairs.

The stylish petite penthouse (not on a boat) is 70 m² in size and is split over 2 levels, on the 3rd and 4th floors. It has 3 rooms with lots of daylight. The master bedroom has a king-size waterbed and upstairs, there are 2 single beds. The published rate is for 2 people. The penthouse is situated in an area of the city known as The Pijp, also known as the Latin Quarter of the city. This is a very lively area with lots of nice restaurants, bars, shops and terraces. It is famous for the biggest market in Holland, the Albert Cuyp, and the Heineken Brewery. A 3-minute walk will take you to the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and concert building (classical music). It is just 10 minutes walk from Leidseplein, Vondelpark and the famous old centre with its canals and warehouses. Public transport is available just around the corner of the penthouse.

The rate is for 2 people. This is a studio (55 square metres) with a private bathroom and the use of a sundeck outside with a table and chairs. The deck has nice views over the Amstel River and the studio accommodates up to 4 people. The studio is fully furnished and has a private entrance (hatch with steep stairs). There is cable TV, a radio and small kitchen facilities (2 electric elements). There is also a computer with fast internet connection. The studio has central heating and professional climate control.
